Rates
$110 per 50-minute session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What is my copay?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

In addition I am often able to get approval from other companies since there are so few mental health providers in the county.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and only by arrangment in advance.

Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Inclement Weather Policy
If weather conditions such as snow, ice, flooding, etc. interfere with safe travel, by all means do not come for your appointment.  If I cannot get out of my driveway I will give you a call and if you can't get out of your driveway please call to let me know you are not coming.  Safety is the first concern.
